Filé Fitness (pronounced Fee Lay) is a New Orleans inspired aerobic fitness program that incorporates the rich culture of New Orleans style music, rhythms and dance movements creating a dynamic pulsating experience that celebrates fitness.  This cardio dance fitness program integrates basic aerobic moves, interval and resistance training for a total body workout experience.

Classes Will feature a variety of rhythms and dances including but not limited to:

♪ Hip Hop
♪ Jazz
♪ African Congo
♪ Bounce
♪ Caribbean
♪ Cuban
