Zumba Toning and Pound Fitness – A combination of body sculpting and full body cardio work out with small weights and ripstixs

Zumba Toning adds resistance by using toning sticks or light weights to help focus on specific muscle groups.

Pound Fitness uses lightly weighted drumsticks engineered specifically for exercising that combines cardio, conditioning, and strength training with yoga and Pilates-inspired movements.

Classes are Mondays from 6:30pm – 7:30pm.
